Ristorante Al Fresco is a casual family restaurant serving Italian style food for lunch and dinner. All dishes are simple and prepared to order with only the freshest and highest quality ingredients.

 

​Ristorante Al Fresco is owned and operated by seasoned chefs George and John Kostis. Brothers George and John were raised on the Greek Island of Karpathos where they learned to cook traditional meals alongside their family.  Then, in the 1970s, they emigrated to the US to pursue dreams of becoming restaurant owners. That dream was realized quickly when they opened the Princetonian Diner in the late '70s and again in the early '90s when they acquired Ristorante Il Porto on beautiful Lake Mohawk in Sparta, NJ. Now, the brothers are at it again, here in Mount Laurel!  ​​
